Fontana Capri with Stand Wood Pizza Oven

The Fontana Capri with stand pizza oven is great family pizza oven. With an oven floor of 70 x 50cm, there’s sufficient room to bake 2 pizzas at a time. It’s fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamolette and the oven is situated on a trolley, making it easy to manoeuvre around the garden.

The oven comes with a wood-holder plate, closing door, flue pipe with an adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top. The internal structure is made of stainless steel with paint that withstands high temperatures, producing maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The cooking chamber is insulated with natural rock wool which promotes steady temperatures and avoid the external structure becoming too hot.

The cooking chamber – domed back-to-back and side-to-side — eliminates hot spots and ensures uniform heat distribution. The innovative design allows smoke to exit even when the door is closed for maximum heat retention and consistent cooking temperatures.
