Fontana Maestro 40 Gas Pizza Oven

The baby of the family, the Fontana Maestro Gas oven has a practical cooking area of 40×40cm, ideal for baking a good sized pizza. The oven is made of painted steel and stainless steel, and comes with a flue, rain cover, steel door with anti-scald handle and an analogue thermometer. Inside the oven, the thick steel flame beater improves heat distribution and protects the steel vault from any direct heat stress. The high performance of Maestro 40 is also assisted by the high insulating material that insulates the vault, allowing it to reach high temperatures in less time, therefore reducing less fuel consumption.
